Description

Update: Finally, a description! Here we enjoy a brief recap of what happened in the (probably more confusing than it should have been) last strip and a glimpse into Ebon's past. Possibly more than anyone wanted, considering Panel 17. :stare:

Not much to talk about today in terms of new Falskaar content. Vernan, the Altmer necromancer, is the main villain of the "Dreams in Oblivion" quest line. Aside from the fact that "I'm going to enjoy wearing you skin!" was an actual line from the mod (used by generic necromancers as a possible Silence of the Lambs reference), I'm going to wait until later to talk about him.

Speaking as someone who always chooses to side with the Empire in the Civil War, I do think that Ulfric did win the duel legally, and his use of the Voice was not cheating per se.  Unless explicitly stated in the rules, the combatant is allowed to take whatever weapons, equipment, and skills into the fight, which would include enchanted weapons and even magic and Shouting.
